It's such messy, difficult work -- being a person. The demands of daily life can be overwhelming, and trying to balance caring for those you love and caring for yourself is sometimes too much to manage.

My goal is to help you discover who you hope to become, and to build for yourself the life you deserve.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. I have particular experience providing gender-affirming counseling and supporting clients as they explore and celebrate their gender identities.

Whether you are a teen or an adult, you deserve the autonomy to manage your own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I emphasize teaching coping skills that will empower you to confront life's many challenges with dignity and integrity.
Access to Care
Supporting equitable access to mental health care is a core value of my practice. I work with Headway to accept all major insurances in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
I also welcome private pay clients and offer sliding scale rates. The standard private pay rate is $160 per session.
